



Calendar Work Hour Preferences
Use Calendar Work Hour preferences to set up your free time (time that is available for meetings), and specify all other time as busy (unavailable for meetings).
- Click Preferences.
- Expand the Calendar section, and then click Work Hours.
- Under Work Hours, set your normal office hours per day. This is the time span that will be displayed when others schedule meetings and need to check your availability.
You can also use Calendar Work Hour preferences to set up Out-of-Office Mail notifications.
