Create a Calendar Entry


You can create appointments, all-day events, reminders, anniversaries, and meeting invitations that display in your calendar.

For information on scheduling a meeting, see Schedule a Meeting and Send Invitations. For information on adding external calendar entries, see Add an External Calendar.

  1. From your calendar click New, and then select the type of calendar entry you want to create.
  2. Type a short description in the Subject field.
  3. Depending on the entry type, specify the date, start time and end time (or duration).
  4. (Optional) Do any of the following:
  5. Click Save & Close, or click Save to save your work but continue making choices.

Note When you create an anniversary, by default the anniversary repeats in your calendar for 10 years.
